On Saturday mornings I always miss you a little extra. Coming to your class Saturday morning just meant the weekend to me. I miss your inspiration and all the poems and notes you share in class. I miss your welcoming spirit and fantastic instruction.
Last week's practice was incredibly helpful. Learning to slow my breaths (in my case, to one every ten seconds) has proven very effective for reducing my stress during the workday. Thank you!
This is amazing! Thank you for sharing

We've got answers!
What makes BodyWise different from a regular yoga class?
BodyWise integrates traditional yoga wisdom with a scientific understanding of women’s health, anatomy, and the nervous system. It’s a supportive program designed specifically for women navigating midlife changes.
Where are the classes held?
All classes take place at Mount Si Wellness Collective, a welcoming physical therapy and wellness space in North Bend, WA.
How long are the classes?
Each class is 90 minutes, giving you time for movement, breath practices, guided rest, and discussion.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We'll provide props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets.
Do I need yoga experience to join?
No prior yoga experience is required.
Is this a replacement for medical treatment?
